시가현산을 55%까지 도정하여 나무통으로 빚은 준마이다이긴조입니다. 나무 욕조 최대의 장점은 나무의 온기입니다. 에나멜 탱크에 비해 외기의 영향을 덜 받고 발효 온도도 온화하여 부드러운 맛이 납니다. 알코올 도수를 조정한 가열 처리 술로 풍미가 뛰어난 것이 특징입니다.
