Tama Sakae is an Omi sake rice grown on farms within ten kilometers of Okamura Honke's kura in Toyosato, Shiga. Milled to 50%, this junmai daiginjo sits in the Chojukinkame series and delivers the expressive ginjo aroma and well-rounded umami that Tama Sakae's starched character enables.
