Ononosho Komachi Kuro is a junmai made from Nippon Bare rice polished to 70% at Okamura Honke in Toyosato, Shiga. Like all Kinkame-brand sake, it is pressed using traditional wooden-tank bag-pressing for a soft, refined texture free of harsh off-flavors.
