Daiginjo from Suehiro Shuzo in Fukushima, brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 45% and cellar-aged for one year before bottling to develop added depth and roundness. Offering fruity aromatics evocative of white peach and melon, it is the brewery's first daiginjo expression, characterized by a mellow, enveloping palate.
