Shirakamiromannoutage Daiginjo is a flagship release from Marutake Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1686 at the foot of the Shirakami Mountains in Hirosaki, Aomori. Drawing from Iwaki River subterranean water fed by the UNESCO-listed Shirakami Sanchi, it delivers rich umami unusual for the daiginjo category alongside a refined, floral nose.
