Okunomatsu Kinmon Honjozo is polished to 70% from Nihonmatsu, Fukushima Prefecture. The Kinmon label is the brewery's standard honjozo, brewed using the Mt. Adatara spring water that defines this 1716-founded kura's clean-water philosophy.
