White Devil (ホワイトデビル) is a nigorizake from Dainagawa in Yokote City, Akita, a brewery founded in 1914 in what it calls the village where gods dance. The playful name and cloudy, creamy style reflect the brewery's modern, adventurous approach alongside its traditional Akita cold-brewing roots, with suspended rice particles adding a rich, milky texture.
