Meisuikyogoku Honjozo is brewed by Niseko Shuzo in Kutchan, Hokkaido, using Kitashizuku rice at a 60% polishing ratio and soft water from the Mount Yotei foothills. Clean and slightly dry in character, it is designed to be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or warmed.
