Meisuikyogoku Genshu is an undiluted honjozo from Niseko Shuzo in Kutchan, Hokkaido, brewed with Kitashizuku rice polished to 60%. As a genshu, it retains its full natural alcohol content, delivering a concentrated, direct expression of the brewery's soft-water, Hokkaido-rice style.
