Kusugiku Junmai Ginjoshu is a pure rice ginjo from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka, brewed without added alcohol using rice polished to at least 60%. Miyako Town is known for producing high-quality sake rice, and the use of hard mineral water from the Imagawa River gives this sake a distinctive fullness alongside clean ginjo aromas.
