Kujinoyama Josen is a honjozo from Nemoto Shuzo, located in Hitachi Omiya, Ibaraki, brewed with Nippon Bare rice polished to 65%. Using spring water from the Kuji River basin, it offers a rounded, lingering umami and can be enjoyed across a range of serving temperatures from cold to warm.
