Yukiko Monogatari is produced by Nemoto Shuzo in the Kuji River valley of Ibaraki Prefecture, brewed at a 70% polishing ratio. The brewery, founded in 1603, draws on mineral-balanced spring water from Komagata Shrine and emphasizes clean, unfussy sake quality.
