The foundational label of this Wakayama brewery, established in 1840 and using spring water from the Hazuki Gorge of the upper Arida River. Kiseitsuru is handcrafted using the brewery's proprietary fermentation method, with a clean, well-rounded umami that works well both chilled and warmed.

구카이와 인연이 깊은 다카노 가이도 하야쓰키 계곡에서 고보 다이시가 발견했다고 전해지는 이와시미즈가 솟아나며, 언제부터인가 사람들이 그 물을 장수의 물이라 부르기 시작했습니다. 초대 다카가키 마타에몬이 이 맑은 신령수로 사케를 빚겠다는 뜻을 품고 양조장을 창업한 것이 덴포 11년(1840년)입니다. 그 이래 전통 기술의 지지를 받으며 소박한 수제의 맛을 지켜온 기슈 아리타의 향토 사케로 사랑받고 있습니다.
