Junmaimurokanamagensyu Ikioi is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted pure-rice release from Maruyo Shuzouten in Nagano, bottled at cask strength to preserve every nuance of the freshly pressed sake. The raw vigor and concentrated rice character of genshu are on full display, underpinned by the slight sweetness that is the hallmark of the brewery's mochigome four-stage fermentation tradition.
