누룩쌀에는 아즈미노산 히즈코를 채용하고, 주조용 쌀과 양조 알코올 사용을 전제로 한 설계. 탄소 여과는 하지 않아 술 본연의 색과 향을 남겨 병입. 그 후 출하까지 1년 이상 저장하여 숙성시킨, 본격적인 일본 술입니다.
