Houhai Junmai Ginjo Houhaimai is brewed by Miura Shuzo in Hirosaki, Aomori, using the brewery's proprietary Hohai rice variety grown exclusively under contract for this kura. The use of their signature rice imparts a distinctive depth of flavor and a sense of true terroir unique to this Aomori expression.
