전국에서도 미우라 주조만이 사용하는 호하이마이를 정미보합 50%까지 자가 정미한 준마이긴죠. 1976년에 아오모리현 농업시험장이 개발한 이 쌀의 섬세한 단맛과 감칠맛을 최대한 끌어내어, 이와키산 복류수 유래의 섬세한 입 감촉으로 완성했다.
