Harukourou Junmai Ginjo is brewed with rice grown in the Aizu region and polished to 60%, made under Suehiro Shuzo's guiding principle of using only locally grown Aizu rice, local water, and the generational skill of Aizu toji. The brewery's junmai ginjo line is known for mellow, softly sweet aroma and smooth umami that does not tire on the palate. This expression has received gold at the Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards in both 2024 and 2025.
