1999년부터 2000년에 담근 기모토 준마이슈를 원주로, 24년간 양조장에서 숙성시킨 키죠슈입니다. 일본주도 마이너스 56의 극단적인 단맛이면서도, 산도 4.9의 높은 산미가 전체를 引き締め, 캐러멜 같은 고소함과 녹아드는 듯한 단맛이 특징입니다.
