将滋贺县产米磨至55%后以木桶仕込酿制的纯米大吟酿。木桶最大的优点是木质的温润感。与搪瓷罐相比受外界气温影响更小,发酵温度也更平稳,因此酿出柔和的口感。经过调整酒精度数的火入酒以风味上佳为特征。
