梅美人酒造由上田梅一于大正五年在爱媛县八幡浜市创立,历经105年传承至今。八幡浜市在明治时代曾被称为"伊予的大阪",以港口商业繁盛著称,酒藏建筑被指定为国家登录有形文化财产。目前第五代社长传承了来自伊方杜氏的技术,坚持少量精心酿造,以品质为先。梅美人的日本酒来自伊予南部清澈、明朗、清新宜人的风土,酒藏从地下30米深的水脉中汲取中软水并水,并配备低温贮藏设施,以缓慢发酵的方式精心酿造。
