这款本酿造酒由神奈川县足柄平原的石井酿造精心酿制,采用普通本酿造无法实现的糯米四段酿造工艺,增添了独特的鲜味。酿造所用的丹泽山水略带硬度,造就了清爽辛口的余韵。这一风格自1870年创业以来,一直是曽我之誉系列产品的基石。

酒藏位于神奈川县西部,四面环抱丹泽、箱根等秀丽山峦,得益于丰沛的水资源与绿意盎然的自然环境。代表酒款"曾我之誉"以曾我兄弟命名,多年来深受当地民众喜爱。梅花盛开之际(附近有曾我梅林),每年吸引大批游客前来,恰与新酒上市时节相叠。
