Iga no Kami takes its name from the ancient feudal title associated with Iga, Mie, and represents the brewery's signature junmai expression. Produced at one of Japan's smallest operational breweries with an annual output of roughly 60 koku, it reflects the house focus on full-bodied flavor with a crisp, defined finish.
