这是一款起源于1697年、以久比岐杜氏流派为傲的酒庄在新潟县上越市柿崎酿造的本酿造生贮藏酒。以60%精米步合仅低温杀菌一次,冷藏保存以保持其鲜活生动的风味。全量使用当地契约栽培米,酒体具有恰到好处的米感。
