金凤本酿造出自创业于1857年的三重县河武酿造。以相传由弘法大师亲自掘凿的井水作为酿造用水,加之坐落于伊势神宫两条圣河之间的多气地区这一得天独厚的地理位置,共同造就了柔和丰润的酒质。
