Description
Kimibandai Honjozo Namagenshu is an unpasteurized, undiluted honjozo using Ibaraki-grown rice polished to 70%, from Tanakashuzouten in Ibaraki's Toride city. The brewery, founded in 1655, uses handwashed rice, traditional wood-fired kama steaming, and hand-crafted koji; the nama genshu format preserves the vivid, full-strength character of this historically rooted sake.
