Muroka namagenshu (unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted) junmai ginjo brewed with 100% Chiba-grown Koshihikari rice polished to 60%, released under the Nonnon name by Yoshino Shuzo. The namagenshu format preserves the fresh, vibrant character of the pressing, with mild aromas and Koshihikari's signature soft mouthfeel.
