Iwashimizu Origin is an arabashiri first-run sake from Inoue Shuzo in Tochigi, pressed by funashibori tank method and bottled as a muroka unfiltered, raw, undiluted namagenshu. The label reflects the brewery's intent to express the most elemental character of the sake, unmodified by dilution, charcoal filtration, or pasteurization.
