Description

Honjozo from Shimizu Shuzo, Kanagawa's oldest operating brewery, with rice polished to 70%. Brewed using ultra-soft underground water with a hardness of only 2.4, the sake has a light, smooth body with balanced acidity and a refreshing, clean finish.
