Honjozo Rokkugenshu is an undiluted genshu honjozo from Sekishu Shuzo in Shimane, using Saka Nishiki polished to 60%. Bottled without dilution at full brewing strength, it delivers a concentrated, bold expression of the indigenous Shimane rice.
