本酒造约于1716年由伊笼屋家第三代伊七创立,近300年来专注于清酒的生产与销售。酒藏周边有着逾1300年历史的神社守护,北侧为冈山县指定史迹日本第一熊野大社,南侧为山伏修行道场权现流龙院。酒造以酿酒职人和家族之力,使用后山圣水,凭借精湛的酿造技术,连续四年荣获广岛国税局局长奖,尽管规模小巧,依然全力以赴。
