Hitorimusume Daiginjo Sannenkoshu (Three-Year Aged Daiginjo) is brewed from Ibaraki Prefecture's Yumehitachi rice, polished to 40% and collected as shizuku (drip-pressed) before three years of low-temperature storage. The extended aging mellows the profile into a gently grapey, flowing character with a silky mouthfeel. Founded in 1805, the brewery takes its name 'Hitorimusume' (only daughter) from the image of raising sake with the care one gives to a beloved child.
Highly aromatic and elegant, with added alcohol to enhance floral notes.
