Description

Junmai from Fukuoka's Shinozaki brewery, named after the Chikugo River that runs through the筑後 plain of Kyushu. Brewed with underground water drawn from the Aso mountain range springs in Asakura, this pure-rice sake reflects the mild, grain-forward character of Kyushu brewing.
