Description

Brewed by a Saitama kura that pioneered Japan's postwar all-junmai movement in 1987, this karakuchi junmai ginjo benefits from at least three years of aging before release. The Chichibu aquifer's hard water contributes a firm backbone, and the sake shows its best qualities when served warm.
