初亀酒造创立于1636年,是静冈县历史最悠久的酒藏,品牌寓意"如初日之光芒、如龟之长寿繁荣"。酒藏位于优质玉露茶产地藤枝市冈部町,以南阿尔卑斯山系清流"朝日川"的伏流水为酿造用水,选用酒米"誉富士"与手工麴低温发酵。酿出的清酒带有热带熟果般的吟酿香气,口感轻盈,自然甜味在口中蔓延,收尾利落。
