Description

Harukasumi's Tokubetsu Junmai Kiippon is brewed by the Kuribayashi family, seventh-generation custodians of a brewery established in 1874 in Misato Town, Akita. The brewery's soft spring water, drawn from 25 meters underground in a town with 126 confirmed natural springs, anchors the sake's clean, gentle character. As a Tokubetsu (special) Junmai, it is polished beyond standard junmai requirements, expressing refined rice flavor without added alcohol.
