We use "Koshi Tanrei", which has been polished to 40%in our own owned rice, as a Daiginjo. Low -temperature fermented liquor will be stored in a low -temperature tank in the warehouse for more than a year. The gorgeous aroma and the taste of rice are felt, and it is also characterized by the sharpness at the rear mouth.
Highly aromatic and elegant, with added alcohol to enhance floral notes.
