这款纯米酒将五百万石研磨至65%,所有用米中有99%作为麴米使用,远超通常20%的麴步合,是一种极为特殊的酿造方式。由于麴步合极高,浓缩的甜味、鲜明的酸味,以及土田木桶生酛天然乳酸发酵所带来的野性个性都格外突出。
