岩手县
吾妻岭酒造的前身为江户时代天明元年(1781年)创立的紫波酒造。更早之前的前身「权兵卫酒铺」在延宝年间(1670年代)酿造出了岩手最早的「清酒」,为这家酒藏日后的发展奠定了基础。酒造传承南部杜氏的酿造主流,以每年500石的小批量精心酿造,从备料到完成一丝不苟,以「岩手风格的酒」为目标。
