Description

A muroka namagenshu Junmai Ginjo from Azumamine Shuzo in Shiwa Town, Iwate, brewed with Ginotome, an Iwate-cultivated sake rice, and bottled unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted to deliver raw fermentation intensity. Named after Nanshozan mountain, this sake reflects the terroir of Iwate's mountain landscape that has defined the Nanbu Toji brewing tradition for centuries.

吾妻岭酒造的前身为江户时代天明元年(1781年)创立的紫波酒造。更早之前的前身「权兵卫酒铺」在延宝年间(1670年代)酿造出了岩手最早的「清酒」,为这家酒藏日后的发展奠定了基础。酒造传承南部杜氏的酿造主流,以每年500石的小批量精心酿造,从备料到完成一丝不苟,以「岩手风格的酒」为目标。
