Hard to imagine from the cute label, but this was the driest, crispest sake I’ve ever had. Exactly my kind of taste. Honestly, this sharp dryness might pair better with sushi than a richer, more aromatic style. A sake you can keep drinking all through the meal.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
