- 1867Founded in Ueda, Shinshu (present-day Nagano Prefecture).
- 2015Ceased in-house brewing and entered a dormant period from this year.
- 2023Resumed sake brewing in February. Alongside the inherited 'Sanada Rokumonsen' brand, launched a new brand named after the brewery itself, 'Yamasan'.
