Seisen

Wakura Shuzo was founded in 1874 in Chiba Prefecture, and its Seisen brand takes its name from the fresh spring water that rises from deep wells in the Kamisou region, a source that has defined the brewery's character since its earliest days. Under the mottos of sticking to the basics and sparing no effort, the brewery aims to produce sake that recedes gracefully behind food rather than dominating it. Some expressions in the lineup are brewed entirely from So no Mai, a sake rice variety native to Chiba Prefecture.
