Description

將滋賀縣產米磨至55%後以木桶仕込釀製的純米大吟釀。木桶最大的優點是木質的溫潤感。與搪瓷罐相比受外界氣溫影響更小,發酵溫度也更平穩,因此釀出柔和的口感。經過調整酒精度數的火入酒以風味上佳為特徵。
