Description

「得月」以母系傳承越路早生、父系傳承越光血統的新潟縣產米「雪之精」為原料,精磨至28%後釀製而成。為使米粒不碎裂地精磨至此,需耗費三天三夜。玄米時呈橢圓形的「雪之精」,入釀時已變得圓潤飽滿,宛如高懸夜空的滿月。如此用心的原料米,釀造過程自然也格外細緻,在低溫下歷經約一個月緩慢發酵而成。這是一款希望您在中秋賞月之際共同品鑑的好酒。
