明治40年,在全國清酒鑑評會上曾榮獲日本第一的品牌,是以當時最高等級的大米——雄露町米釀造的新米純米酒。距那份榮耀已過去整整一個世紀,我們為追求最高佳釀而傾力釀造的純米大吟釀,僅使用雄町發源地高島地區的雄町米釀製而成。為了向現代極限發起挑戰,將本不適合高度精米的雄町米磨至40%。這是我們窮盡釀酒技藝、不斷精進至能夠發揮真正價值之日所能達到的巔峰之作。為將對創業者的敬意銘刻於酒與品牌之中,決定唯有此酒冠以創業者之名「全冠」。
