原料僅使用糯米、米麴和自家釀製的米燒酒,不添加任何糖類或胺基酸,堅守傳統製法。麴米選用兵庫縣產山田錦,糯米使用國產糯米,釀造味醂不可或缺的燒酒亦為自家釀製。嚴格甄選原料,以清酒釀造中積累的蒸鍋和麴工藝蒸製,經過引出鮮味的熟成管理後榨取,再陳釀三年以上。柔和的甜味、深邃的鮮醇與典雅的圓潤感,正是「純米本味醂」獨有的風味,與普通釀造味醂有著顯著的區別。
