Musashinosato Tobindori Daiginjo uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% from Tanaka Sake Brewery in Okayama. Tobindori is the art of collecting sake in traditional one-to (18L) jars from the most prized free-dripping portion of the pressed moromi; aged in the Okayama winter cold, the resulting daiginjo delivers a concentrated, aromatic character.
Highly aromatic and elegant, with added alcohol to enhance floral notes.
