Minami Tokubetsu Junmai Genshu Hiyaoroshi is a full-strength, undiluted autumn release from Minami Shuzojo in Kochi. Cold-stored through summer and released as hiyaoroshi, it combines the rich concentration of genshu bottling with the mellow depth of seasonal aging, delivering a bold, layered sake with excellent length.
