Description

Polished to 48% from self-cultivated rice at Onda Shuzo in Nagaoka, Niigata, this echigo ginjo is bottled as a namazake (unpasteurized) to preserve its fresh, aromatic character. Ginjo fermentation at low temperatures draws out the delicate fruity notes characteristic of the style.
