Released as a fresh-pressed shiboritate, this honjozo captures the vivid, fruity character of new-harvest rice before any aging softens its edges. Brewed at the Nagaoka, Niigata brewery using locally grown rice, it offers a clean, lively drinking experience suited to the season of its release.
